Chichester 10k

Yesterday was rather a crazy running day. After taking Elsa and Ellis to their swimming lesson early in the morning, we then drove to Chichester for my first Priory 10k race. My last 10k, in Brighton, took me 49 minutes because I was recovering from sciatica. I’m still not quite right as I think I

Brighton Brooks 10k

I am slowly recovering from injury. About 7 weeks ago I suffered a serious bout of Sciatica. The pain in my back quickly subsided, but I have had residual leg pain with numbness and tingling ever since. In the past 3 weeks I have found I am able to run again to some degree and

Paris Marathon 2012

Paris Marathon 2012

I have completed my first marathon! I ran the very well attended Paris Marathon 2012 on Sunday April 15th. There were around 35,000 runners and, contrary to what I had thought, it was really well supported. Lots of crowds lining the streets. Paris Marathon 2012 I had a plan in mind, which was to try
